By accessing or using Wrappe ("the Service"), operated by Wrappe ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Wrappe is a platform that enables freelancers to deliver digital files to their clients and collect payment. Freelancers upload files, set a price, and share a delivery link. Clients view the delivery, pay, and download the files.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By using the Service to accept payments, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Wrappe charges a per-transaction fee based on your plan tier (Free: 2%, Pro: 1%, Business: 0.25%), in addition to any applicable Stripe processing fees. Subscription fees for paid plans are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
You retain full ownership of all files you upload to Wrappe. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display those files solely for the purpose of delivering them to your designated clients. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
As a marketplace facilitator, Wrappe does not directly handle refunds between freelancers and their clients. Freelancers are responsible for resolving disputes with their clients directly. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated through Stripe, the freelancer is responsible for any associated fees and the disputed amount.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrappe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to Wrappe in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your files available for download for 30 days after termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
